About the Author:
Jennifer McCoy is a senior management consultant who has assisted a wide range of industries, training and coaching leaders and staff to manage workplace changes.
She is an experienced and qualified coach, having studied with the Institute of Executive Coaching Australia Ltd. She is also a member of the International Coach Federation Australasia and was a member of its Conference 2007 Planning Team.
Jennifer is an Accredited Facilitator of the organizational change program "Investment in Excellence" and a Registered Trainer/Coach in Quality Management. She has a Master of Management and a Master of Educational Studies and has published papers on quality management in a number of industry journals. With Tony Austin, Jennifer co-authored Grow Your Own Micro Business.
She has also facilitated numerous workshops locally and overseas. Her book, 2 Way Feedback, grew from her consulting work as well as from numerous workshops designed to assist business owners and middle-level managers work more effectively with their staff.
